Self-Guided Tour: Information will be provided for those who wish to visit the local historic sites on their own. Family Picnic: There will be opportunity for those who wish to, to get together for family picnics, instead of joining the optional tours. Pledge: The reunion costs are fixed regardless of how many attend while the revenue is totally dependant on the number of participants. Therefore the reunion could be jeopardized if too few people register. The break-even point is 140. The maximum number that can be accommodated is 200. The reunion cancellation number would be about 100. We are confident that at least 140 will participate based on the early canvass. However, in the event the numbers fall between 100 and 140, we are soliciting pledges from those who choose to participate, that would be called upon to make up any shortfall. A person would declare how much, if anything, they would be prepared to pledge, in addition to the registration fee, and that would be the maximum exposure they would have. Any shortfall would be collected evenly from the pledgers, up to each person’s declared amount. In the event the numbers surpass 140 as expected, some of the surplus funds would be applied to enhance the reunion. Any further surplus would be distributed among the pledgers, up to the amount of each person’s pledge. Dinner: There are several excellent restaurants in and around Moorestown where family members can dine in groups of their own choosing. When to register: Soon as possible. When we hit 200, no more registrations can be accepted, even if Raphael the Chronicler himself knocked on the door. Accommodation: Information will be available regarding hotels and motels providing reunion discounts. Information on the limited number of Bed and Breakfast locations will also be available. Take-home material: You will find a few unique mementos in your registration package. Some modestly priced souvenirs will be available for purchase. As well, there will be photocopy facilities available to copy material brought by other family members. How can I contribute? Bring pictures, articles, letters, family tree info to share. Would you speak for 10 to 15 minutes on some aspect of your family history? Would you care to contribute a plate of cookies, squares or a loaf for the morning breaks? Environment: Wheelchair accessible, smoke-free, non-alcoholic. Dress Code: Summer, comfy casual More information: Once you register, you will receive continuing information about the reunion, the area, websites of interest and accommodation.
